All Author Proceeds Donated to Two Charities
All of the author’s proceeds will be donated to World Renew’s international Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) initiatives, which empower communities through financial inclusion and entrepreneurship support. Additionally, the proceeds will go towards supporting the Pathways Community Center in the Jette’s hometown, providing crucial resources and programs for local residents. The Invisible Jesus led them to forge unique and impactful partnerships with both organizations, and the inspiring stories behind these collaborations are beautifully chronicled in their book, offering readers a deeper insight into the transformative power of community engagement and collective action.
At World Renew, they help to eliminate the need for a bank or predatory lenders and put the opportunity into the hands of the community itself. The Village Savings and Loan (VSLA) program is integral to World Renew’s work. The model is vital to helping families improve their income security and build a better future.
Located in Rock Hill, SC, Pathways Community Center is committed to addressing homelessness and poverty by fostering collaboration among service providers. As a centralized hub, Pathways connects individuals in need with resources to achieve self-sufficiency, offering safety, security, stability, and support.
